About – Pura Cleaning Services is a fully licensed and insured office, manufacturing and end of tenancy/lease cleaning service provider. Each of our employees goes through extensive training in order to provide our clients with outstanding cleaning services that are reliable, trustworthy, and professional at all times. We are qualified to provide specialty, commercial cleaning solutions such as medical cleaning and high grade sanitising. Our company updates our cleaning staff’s education and training on a regular basis in order to provide our clients with the best possible cleaning service.
PURA’S STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE…
The procedure of the walk-through is to:
1 – Meet with person or person’s involved
2 – Discuss any areas of concern you may have
3 – Walk to all areas needing to be serviced, discussing problems and solutions on how we can help.
4 – We will then (If able) re-visit the areas for a more detailed inspection to determine the time and labor required.
5 – Meet again before leaving so both parties can give any further information if required
Having all the information required we will then go back to the office and start putting your quote together. We generally have your quote ready for your viewing within 24hrs.
Our quoted prices are guaranteed for a full 3 months.
You will not be bound by any contracts. Instead, a simple signed agreement with price, schedule and your cleaning specifications is all we need and you can cancel at any time.
Once the formalities of the agreement have been finalised (signed, start date) we will then start prepping our equipment and organising our staff to ready themselves for the required servicing tasks of your building.
The first month servicing your building, a Pura Supervisor or member of Management will work along side the skilled cleaners for up to four weeks. Making sure that Pura staff are comfortable with the servicing routine and that they are keeping to Pura’s high standard of clean.

At Pura our staff are trained to go the extra mile in each of their cleaning areas. Where other cleaning companies stick to the general tasks, we clean as many extras of the serviced areas as time allows on the shift. These include:
Wiping down of all door frames and window sills
Moving movable objects and wiping/vacuuming/mopping
Wiping interior/exterior of bins
Looking behind/under/above and cleaning anything that needs to be done. (e.g cobwebs, behind doors, along sides of fridges, detailing under desks, removing marks on walls, wiping/scrubbing skirtings and baseboards, spot cleaning ceilings, vacuuming/wiping vents)

At the end of every shift Pura staff take extra time to make sure all areas have been serviced to Pura’s standards.
Transparency and ongoing communication.
Unlike most companies Pura has a Supervisor or member of it’s Management team visit your site daily with a checklist to be completed on site and a phone to take any photos of work required. These are handed back to the office each day, revised and given to the cleaning staff of your site to service the next available shift. This is then followed up. This also gives you the client to voice any concerns you may have.
Communication is a golden rule at Pura. It is vital to keep an open dialog between Pura and it’s client. At Pura we will keep you up-to-date on any changes that may effect you. Such as:
Change of a staff member. We will send you any details of our staff before he or she starts servicing your building.
Problems found. If a Pura staff member finds a hazard or problem you the client will be notified immediately.
Communication book. Upon request we can have an open dialog book in a designated area of your choice for you and Pura’s staff.
At Pura we have a backup system in place where If one of Pura’s servicing staff falls ill we will have a replacement ready to fill in that shift immediately. This gives you peace of mind knowing you have chosen a reliable cleaning company and that your building will still be serviced to the highest standard. You will also be notified about these changes.
